CBJ Foundations, LLC has been in business for 15 years. We have 9 employees, some of whom have worked with us the entire 15 years. CBJ offers our customers the best crew in the state and as such expects the highest work ethic and dedication from our employees.
Concrete construction is very hard, heavy, and dirty work. The reward is seeing the job completed and hearing the feedback from happy customers. Work starts at 7:30am (sometimes earlier) and ends when the supervisor calls the day over. Our work week is Monday through Friday and half day on Saturday during the summer.
Experience is preferred in poured concrete construction, setting footings and walls, tying rebar, placing concrete, and stripping walls. Layout experience is a big plus.
We offer:
- Hourly wages
- Lunch- ½ hour paid
- Paid Holidays- 7+ days
- One week paid vacation after one year
Work is seasonal; however, sometimes we work through the year. You must have your own transportation. No drugs or drinking are allowed on job sites and drug and alcohol testing is required. A physical is required prior to starting work.
